With the continuous development of society and the constant rising of the technique level, companies all over the world are experiencing a deep revolution. For companies and enterprises, the main task of developing market is no longer the pursuit of improving the quality of their product. The competition between them have divert to the competition of scrabbling for customers. More and more enterprises realized that today, in the fierce competition, the management of customer relationship is necessary. The key idea of customer relationship management is to integrate the management of the enterprises around the center of customers. With the help of Data Warehouse, the mass of data that the enterprise accumulated can be transferred to knowledge so that the enterprise can server their customers with individuation. Beside that, Data Warehouse can also provide support for decision-making.The paper first researched the theory of CRM in depth, discussed in detail the birth of CRM, its development and the related issues in deploying it. Secondly, the paper studied the Data Warehouse techniques. Based on Data Warehouse techniques, the paper extracted the correlative subject from the five typical function of CRM, analyzed and built the related ER maps, extracted customer data by different subject and constructed the data model of the CRM Data Warehouse. Finally, the paper analyzed the current existing information system of Xi'an Milanda Energy Saving Company, and constructed the CRM system on this basis; to integrate and optimize the customer information in the max degree, the paper designed the CRM Data Warehouse.The pager has certain directive meanings for the system researching of CRM, and has some referenced meanings for the application of Data Warehouse techniques.
