Study On The Individualized Customization Technology And Its Application In The Design Of Glasses

In order to improve the traditional approach for customizing products,and break through the constraints in geography,time,etc,to achieve scale customization for the general consumer,meet increasing consumer demand for personalized,to build a real-time communication platform between enterprises and customers,enhance the rapid response capability for market of enterprises,a personalized product customization system based on Web was designed,the processes,functions and key technologies of the system was studed depthly,realized a customer-driven product customization.First,in this paper,according to the basic method of design for mass customization,the modular design technology of the product was analysised;the key technologies of product configuration management was researched,the rational expression of configuration rules and case-based product configuration technology was explored,the customer needs was analysised;a mass customization process of product customization was proposed.Second,the web-based personalized product customization systems architecture was analysised in detail,a system framework was builted to describe the system-level model and the composition of the major functional modules,product management, product configuration and how to build three-dimensional interactive module of product features was studied emphasisly.Third,the key technology of personalized product customization system was researched in-depth,the product structure model was analysised,a the tree structure model of product based on GBOM was proposed,and the XML documents of GBOM model was builded;The display technology of a customization product's three-dimensional model was realized using the VRML technology,and the interaction between the customer and customization product's three-dimensional model on WEB was achieved using Java,JavaScript programming,supporting the customer's visualization product customization in the network environment.Finally,for the features of glasses,a prototype system was developed,a platform for product customization based on the ASP was biulted;the optical products was divised using the module partition method,the database of product module and example was established using the three-dimensional modeling software 3Dmax; through,testing the operation of the platform system the proposed technology and methods in this paper was validated.
