With the rapid development of the individual demands and the increasing intensive market competition, a great challenge has been brought foreword to the patterns of marketing and production of manufacturing industry. However, the information technology provides a lot of support technologies and makes it possible for manufacturing to take the challenge. Mass customization (MC) is an efficient application mode which can satisfy customers with existing resources of an enterprise. MC has broad contents, and the product customization based network for customer is one of the typical components, In this dissertation, Networked Product Customization For Customer Integration (for short, NCFC) are presented and some of general technologies and the front operation process technologies are studied in deep to help companies solve efficiently the related problems of the front customization operation, integrate the customers' ideas and understand the viewpoint that customer is essential resource of an enterprise.Firstly, the general technologies of NCFC are discussed. Regarding the status in question and traits of Chinese customization, an operation process model and its objective systems, running mode are established. Based on the theory above, "networked marketing and customization system for contemporary integrated design and manufacturing " was developed and has passed the appraisement of National Education Ministry.Based on the overall ideas and the operation mode of NCFC, the front operation process technology, also called customer integration technology is addressed. The customer integration technology of NCFC includes three aspects: the technology of collection and transformation of the customer demands, the technology of customer ideas integration, and the technology of operation collaboration. Firstly, by the classification of customers, and the tree structure alike layered decomposition of customer demands, the problems of the transformation of customer demands is solved based on the thoughts and methods of QFD. The House of Quality is reconstructed for the customer customization. Secondly, by the study of the customer idea and its connotation, a process model of the collection and treatment of the customer ideas is established and the support technologies for the integration of customer ideas are also analyzed. Thirdly, by the discussion of the new collaboration relationship betweenenterprise and the customer, the main contents of operation collaboration under NCFC mode are studied which include the collaboration of customized design scheme, the collaboration of customized production lead time, and the collaboration of customized production price. A model of price collaboration and a model of price quoting for customized production are established. Based on study results of operation collaboration, the model of the optimized collaboration between enterprise and customer is also established, and the optimization method of collaboration is studied.Based on the theories presented above, networked product customization system for electronic product in Hua Yang is developed, and the application of NCFC mode in Hua Yang is studied. Presently, the networked product customization system is in tryout.
