Research On Networked Product Customization System Based On Product Virtual Warehouse And Its Application

With the market globalization, the competition among enterprises increases intensively. The way of constructing and implementing product networked customization system by taking advantage of computer technique and communication technique in network has already become the efficient method of enterprises to be adapted to global market competition and diversity of customer needs and improve the rate of the market occupy. Nevertheless, product networked customization system which was constructed is in order to server for a certain enterprise in a certain industry at the present time and short of flexibility and general characteristic. In addition, there are many difficulties would be confronted when enterprises construct and develop product networked customization system. Therefore, a kind of implementation technique on networked product customization system based on product virtual warehouse will be put forward in the thesis in order to improve networked product customization system's flexibility and general characteristic and help enterprises construct and implement networked product customization system fast and low cost. Furthermore, the implementation technique will ensure information exchange, in different condition, stably and fast.After analyzing the international condition and real situation of China, and inheriting the achievement gained by our team, this thesis firstly has an overall research on networked product customization system based on product virtual warehouse. Based on research on the framework and architecture of networked product customization system based on product virtual warehouse, the system model is established according as multi-view. Then, the workflow and running mode of the system are researched.Based on the overall research on the system, the thesis make researches on some key techniques which including the technique of constructing product virtual warehouse, the realization mechanism of customization product information exchange and conversion.Finally, based on the key techniques which are researched on in the thesis, networked product customization system based on product virtual warehouse has been constructed for a manufacture enterprise in ChongQing on the Southwest Web Site of the CIMS. The application in the enterprise validates the rationality and feasibility of the ideas and methods which are put forward in the thesis.
