The product family structure under Mass Customization has some complexity due to the individuation and variety of customer requirement. Thus, the design of the product structure model becomes very difficult. So, it has great practical significance to program and organize the product structure under Mass Customization efficiently and reasonably.This thesis analyzes the programming process of product family structure modularity for mass customization from the point of customer view, functional view, structural view and evaluation view on the basis of the research at home and abroad which is analyzed at the beginning of it. Then the factors which influence product family structure modularity and the partition principle are analyzed. On the basis of these, the thesis studies the method of the product family module partition on relativity aiming at product family structure which is based on existing product from the view of customer requirement, function interaction and structure interaction by the method of fuzzy clustering analysis. Using entropy, a best programming scheme can be selected by the evaluation of assemble and maintain. Secondly, this thesis studies the reticulate structure for product family data and the expression of product family structure based on functional modules and suppositional components. Then, it discusses the principle and method of product family configuration management and the product configuration process with the core of product family structure. Finally, it gives the demonstration using the method of module partition on relativity to illustrate the method.
