| Product Data Management (PDM) is a kind of technology used to manage the information the product which is an effect way to enhance the efficiency of the product development. Product structure management and product configuration management are both important function modules of PDM system and are both interfaces for integrating with other application systems.The various and individualized requirements of customers urge that enterprise converts its product mode from mass production to mass customization. Mass customization could satisfy the single customer's demands while keeping product low cost and high efficiency. This thesis mainly studies the fundamental theories and key technologies of product family model faced to product configuration. The paper, which is based on Zhejiang province manufacture information key science and technology project, remarks the research and implementation of low-voltage electronic equipment development platform.This paper focuses on how to design a product configuration management system which meets the requirements of mass customization mode. This paper designs the product configuration management system which bases on product family model; meets certain configuration rules in the configuration process. At the same time we should also pay attention to manage the parts of product. Product family structure management makes the relations between the parts of product clearly; effective configuration rules make the configuration process correctly and efficiently; effective management of parts also make sure product configuration management system under correct and high-quality work.Afterward, according to the characteristics of low-voltage electrical equipment, we designed the product family model faced to such equipment. Then, we design and implement the product configuration system based on the product family model. We also finish the integration of product configuration management, document management, permission management in PDM system. |
