The Research On Citizen Complaint Information To Assist Urban Planning And Management System Based On GIS

As a combination of geographic information system and urban planning, urban planning and management system has provided quick and effective ways of obtaining and managing the information and materials in urban planning. This paper, based on the research and development of Changchun city 12345 mayor public telephone comprehensive service office system, presents a decision support method of urban planning and management system which comprehensively use of complaint information, and designs an analysis and statistical model of mayor public information telephone complaints. This paper also does the work of design and part development of the citizen complaints information to assist urban planning and management system based on GIS.At the first, the paper expatiates the technology of GIS,ComGIS, expounds the principles and methods ArcGIS Engine components, especially in the development of ArcGIS Engine components for large and medium-sized cities in the urban planning management system superiority emphasized. Secondly urban planning and management related conception and other related technologies for further research, then, combine with large-scale relation database SQL Server,this paper researches the design and implementation methods of citizen complaints information to assist urban planning and management system based on GIS, and emphasizes the establish method of statistical analysis model.The practice shows that citizen complaints information to assist urban planning and management system based on GIS can realize the function of GIS and the auxiliary functions, meet the needs of users, and have certain flexibility. Using of GIS technology, combine with database and ComGIS technologies develop citizen complaints information to assist urban planning and management system is feasible. The author makes attempts on applying GIS technology and database technology to develop urban planning and management decision support system, which could provide the references for the further related research in the future.
