Design And Implementation Of Urban Planning Management System Based On ArcGIS

With the continuous development of social informatization and the promotion of digital land engineering,the informatization and digitalization level of land and resources management has been continuously improved,and the mode of work of land and resources management departments is gradually changing from the original manual mode to the electronic office mode.Under the new economic and social conditions,the speed of urban construction is faster and faster,and urban planning is also facing severe challenges.For the land and resources planning departments,they must conform to the trend of social development,strengthen the construction of informatization and digitalization,effectively improve the level of business management,and promote the coordinated development of cities,society and economy.The traditional urban planning,construction and management methods need to be changed urgently to adapt to the current situation and ensure the scientificity,rationality and legitimacy of planning and management.This paper first introduces and discusses the development trends and existing problems of the subject at home and abroad.Starting with the basic concepts of Arc GIS and Urban Planning Management System,This paper analyzes the concept,main characteristics,system structure and implementation method of Arc GIS and urban planning management system in detail.Then relying on the project of Long Quanyi District's Urban Planning Management System and combining with the system requirement of Urban Planning Management System,the main function modules of the system are determined,including six major function modules: data browsing management,map management,planning query management,Planning Statistics management,planning analysis management and auxiliary management.Its sub module is related to operation.And the system's overall functional architecture,architecture,functional module class diagram,timing diagram and background database are designed in detail.On this basis,the urban planning management system based on Arc GIS is designed and developed,and the main functions of the system are realized.The function and performance of the system are tested.Finally,through the deployment and use of the urban planning management information system based on Arc GIS designed and developed in this paper,more geographical data information can be obtained,and the data display and analysis is more intuitive.At the same time,the system can also provide various spatial analysis functions,provide real-time and dynamic information and decision support for urban planning,and provide information services for urban planning,construction,management and decision-making.
