With the development of China's social economy and cities as well as the needs of new urbanization construction,how to ensure the coordinated development of cities in terms of economy,culture,science and technology,politics,etc.,and follow the people-oriented development concept,puts forward new requirements and challenges for urban managers Traditional urban planning is to establish a two-dimensional urban spatial information management system with the support of GIS technology to meet the basic needs of urban managers such as information query and result display,while the technical problems in urban development simulation and spatial analysis cannot be well solved.With the development of 3D technology,2D to 3D transformation is inevitable trend,this study aims to establish a three-dimensional urban planning assistant system to provide comprehensive services for the urban planning management,including the present situation of urban construction,urban construction and development of simulation and the analysis of the urban construction corresponding auxiliary service,enhancing the working efficiency of the urban management and decision making ability,meet the needs of different levels of personnelThis paper research deeply three-dimensional urban auxiliary decision system related technology,scientific and reasonable to set up the technical route and the technical indicators,the three-dimensional urban planning aided decision system for the specific function design and technology selection,and the corresponding experimental work,pay attention to the data collected,the three-dimensional model,development model references as well as the function of the system should be considered as a unified whole,practical application effect.Mainly completed the following work:1.Based on basic geographic information data,uav flight images and field photos,the basic geospatial database of the research area is established,and on this basis,the standard specifications of database construction and the mechanism of data update and sharing are established,so as to provide uniform and standard data specifications for urban construction informatization.2.Establish 3D models of buildings and other scenes in the research area of district level high-tech zone,restore urban scenes with high-precision 3d models and real texture information,and recover and plan urban scenes in virtual network environment,providing necessary basic conditions for urban planning,scheme design and optimization3.Based on the open components and secondary development interface of EviaEarth platform,the 3D city auxiliary planning and decision system is designed and developed.In combination with the workflow and requirements of urban planning as well as the actual situation of the research area,the functions such as scheme comparison,sunlight analysis,general view analysis and scheme comparison are realized,achieving the expected resultsThe implementation of the system to a certain extent,improved the working conditions of city managers,improve the decision-making ability and efficiency,promote the integration of the degree to which the public participation in urban planning and some of the basic geographic information data and determine the related standards,but in solving the information island,the exchange of information between various administrative departments and the transformation government function still have a lot of work to do.
