With the acceleration of urban construction, the road network is becoming crisscrossing. In many cities, there are many complex road structures, such as viaducts and ramps. The traditional two-dimensional navigation is based on the plane, and the complex sections that overlap in different heights and planes show its drawbacks and can not provide clear guidance to the users. In view of the problems of the lack of real sense and stereoscopic sense in the traditional two-dimensional plane navigation, combined with the development direction of the 3D navigation application in the future, studied the creation of the 3D model and the implementation of the path planning. The main contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:1)Different from the traditional two-dimensional plane navigation and the widely used street-view maps in the market, the elevation information is added to the model to display the multiple directions of the stereoscopic scene. In the process of modeling, the geometric contour modeling and field photography for texture mapping are combined to consider the real sense and stereoscopic sense. In addition, the 3D model scene is built by the ArcScene in ArcGIS and 3D modeling software SketchUp.2)In order to facilitate the organization and use of road data, this paper creates a network data set based on road elements as the basic data source forpath planning. The Kalman filtering method is used to deal with the GPS data, and the linear weighting Dijkstra algorithm, which is based on six factors such as time, distance, slope and congestion,is designed as the path planning algorithm in the study area, and the linear interpolation method is used in the straight line section and the tension spline is used at the corner to achieve the scene driven.3)The three-dimensional vision navigation system based on SketchUp and ArcGIS Engine is designed and realized to verify the feasibility of the model. On the basis of three-dimensional visualization, the system realizes the functions of two 3D scene linkage, path planning, scene driven, attribute query, building measurement and so on.After testing, the function can be used normally, realizing the expected goal.In this paper,a three-dimensional scene with geographic information is built by using SketchUp and ArcScene, and a network dataset based on road data is constructed. The linearly weighted Dijkstra algorithm is designed.A three-dimensional vision navigation system which based on the C# language and called the ArcGIS Engine secondary development component is designed and implemented. The exploration of three-dimensional navigation has objectively made up for the lack of two-dimensional navigation.
