| This thesis takes Hunan Aerospace Information Co., Ltd as its object of study. Based on analysis and diagnoses of current situation of CRM and ERP management system in the Company and combined with real situation of the Company, it brings forward a proposal for integration of CRM and ERP in the Company, which shall improve comprehensive operation ability, therefore enhance its market competiveness and provide a reference for other provincial companies nationwide. In the system integration, it effectively combines various independent systems and realizes data exchange and data sharing between all processes of the Company by adopting mainstream technology of Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).According to system integration status and applicable requirements on enterprise information evaluation system stipulated by the Government, it set up a set of evaluation indicators from both technical and business aspects. By using such indicators, a comparison of operation effect and situation before and after system integration is made, which shows that after system integration the satisfaction to the business needs has been improved comprehensively, and an obvious change occurs specially in the aspects of organization construction and resources and environment allocation, subjective initiative of staff and improvement on work efficiency while sharing and interactive capacity of database, in particular, undergoes a qualitative leap. |
