The Study On Afforestation Operation Design System Based On PDA

Afforestation operation design is the foundation work of afforestation,and is the basis for afforestation construction.A good afforestation operation design work is the preparation to improve the quality of afforestation.How to use the latest and advanced information technology(such as Mobile GIS) to do the work of afforestation operation design,making afforestation operation to be more scientific and effective,there are many issues worth researching.On the basis of the description of the development status of mobile GIS hardware and software, especially the analysis of mainstream development methods and technologies,the paper chooses the method suitable for this study,that is,the method developing from the bottom with eVC as developing language on Windows CE platform.After a detailed description of the business processes and key concepts for afforestation,the paper focuses on the analysis,design of the afforestation operation design system based on PDA,takes a depth study on some key technologies of the realization of system, including software reuse and reusable form of technical,GPS-based navigation on forest roads and basic geographic data acquisition,application of expert afforestation technology and afforestation model schema visualization technology.Then the paper tests the soft system in Miaofengshan Forest Farm of Beijing Forestry University.So the paper collects and collates the geographical basis and forest resource data,including the correction and editing of vector data,the correction,cutting and compression of raster data,loading data into PDA,etc.Test results show that the software reaches the desired goals, making useful attempts for mobile GIS application in affforestation operation design.In conclusion,the paper brings forward further improving and developing direction.
