As the China Telecom proposes to be world-class integrated information serviceprovider, to focus on continuing to do a good job in transition, and to be the new third party(the leader of intelligent pipeline, supplier of integrated platform, participant of contents andapps), make more breakthrough and innovations in mobile internet, cloud computing,e-commerce, overseas business.In2011, the groups developed “the integrated platform technology developmentstrategies of China Telecom”, pointing out that three major missions: to supply the core apps,to deepen the flow management, and corporate with content applicants. As one important wayto deepen traffic management is: collecting the exact user behaviors, analysis and date miningto supply refinement operation.From the mobile Internet industry, refinement operation has become main trend. ChinaTelecom has shifted the traffic management to flow management, and powerful flow growthfrom mobile Internet, mobile Internet users with mobile phone online is the source of valuedflow management. Guangdong Telecom is carrying out the refinement operation ofinformation, value-added business data from comprehensive user behavior,and exactingvalue-added business demand from potential users of3G, to recommend the correspondingbusiness to our clients. These steps realize the operating system of better refinement andnormalization, including to groups the users by hand, to carry on exact marketing to differentgroups user with mobile internet hot topics, to analysis and optimize the recorded user events.Therefore, this paper proposes the construction of mobile Internet refinement operationplatform, on the basis of the distributed structure of massive data analysis and mining, torealize analysis of mobile Internet user behavior and pushing exact contents, so it can supportthe refinement operation of other online channels.The main goal of this paper is through actual case analysis, conducting realizing waysfor China Telecom in order to solve the problem of big data analysis and management in themobile internet.
