Afforestation Design And Checking Acceptance System Of Conversion Of Farmland To Forest Based On Mobile GIS

The field investigation of the conversion of farmland to forest is the first information source and basis of the project, so it is the premise for improving the management level of conversion of farmland to forest. In order to slove the shortcomings of field investigation method, this paper proposes combinating Android and mobile GIS technology which is applied to the field investigation of conversion of farmland to forest, then designs and realizes afforestation design and checking acceptance system of conversion of farmland to forest based on mobile GIS.This paper combinates Android and Mobile GIS and uses UCMap for secondary development, then analyses business process and data process, designs and realizes the system architecture, various modules and database. Paper realizes the vector map load, spatial data editing, afforestation design, checking acceptance for the data entry and management and GPS positioning etc.In order to improve the accuracy and productivity of forest land area measurement, this paper designs and realizes a method of GPS forest area measurement based on Android. It constructs an evaluation function and defines two screening principle based on the multi-objective optimization, aims at ensure accuracy of GPS sampling points and compartment boundary curvature changed. According to the characteristics of Android library, it proposes calculating area with the azimuth and spherical distance avoiding to the longitude and latitude coordinate transformation in the area of the deformation error. The experiment shows that the precision can meet the requirement which is no more than5%, and accuracy is higher than the conventional calculation of the area coordinate method.
