Coming with the mobile Internet era,Android smartphones not only bring huge impact to people's life and work pattern,but also provide the enterprise's operation innovation with a new train of thought.As an important support for the Internet model,IT operation and maintenance is the essential backbone technology for the development of enterprise.However,there are some problems in traditional IT operation and maintenance,such as low level of automation.lack of effective technical tools,low efficiency of staff and so on.Aiming at these problems and combining with the current mobile Internet and intelligent terminal technology,a set of mobile operation and maintenance system based on secure communication framework was designed and proposed in this thesis.In this system,remote operation and maintenance software runs on Android mobile terminal equipment.lt provides remote operation and maintenance management functions.Extranet fortress machine is exposed in the external network environment,which is responsible for forwarding information sent by android devices.Intranet fortress machine runs in the company's internal network.It is responsible for handling instructions transmitted by the extranet fortress machine and the information management of the whole system.The main contributions of this thesis can be outlined as follows:1)The system target and the overall structure of the mobile operation and maintenance system are analyzed and designed based on the specific requirements.2)The concrete structures and functions of each subsystem in the system are divided.3)To ensure the security and stability of the system,security analysis is carried out for both the framework and remote communication of the proposed system.Furthermore,a custom application layer protocol was designed for the system data transmission.4)The mobile operation system based on Android and the test of each module were completed.The implementation and practice of the proposed system show that the proposed mobile operation and maintenance system can successfully achieve the initial requirements.Meanwhile,it has the advantages of faster problems processing,higher employees efficiency,less cost for enterprises and better prospects for development.
