The Design And Implement Of City And Countryside Integration Cadastral Management Information System Based On ArcGIS

With the rapid development of information age, all levels of department in land and resources system pay great attention to the cadastral information management work, and it has become the most urgent task of government at all levels to establish modern cadastral systems. This thesis conducts a thorough research mainly about city and countryside integration cadastral management information system by consulting a large number of literature data, engaging in textual research of the domestic and outside construction of cadastral management information system, and referring to the relevant technology, discipline, literature data, and the latest research results of the cadastral information management. It designs city and countryside integration cadastral management information system based on ArcGIS according to local cadastral information management practices.Guided by the scientific theory, using component development and spatial database technology and other multidisciplinary knowledge, applying the theory of software engineering method, and analyzing the cadastral information management needs, the system designs the Logic function framework, architecture, and function module of city and countryside integration cadastral management information system based on ArcGIS. It completed the cadastral information management system database design in detail, and really realized the unification of city and countryside integration cadastral management. The research works and achievements of this paper include:1. It summarizes the current development of cadastral management information system of city and countryside integration, analyzes the research goal and meaning of the system, finds out the needs of operation, functions and security of the application of the system, creates a complete needing analysis report of cadastral management information system of city and countryside integration.2. According to the needs analysis, it constructs a general frame work of cadastral management information system of city and countryside integration. The system applies three layer architecture of describe layer, data layer, and application layer, by using the combining developing method of C/S and B/S. System image platform takes the basis of ArcGIS, using ArcSDE to complete the management of spatial data which is operating on data base of Oracle, Access and so on, realizing the link and communication of data base. The back-end database management platform applies Oracle data base. System through the ArcSDE spatial database gains engine access.3. It is using Arc GIS powerful spatial data processing to build up the data base of cadastral management information system of city and countryside integration, realizing the integration management of attribute data and graphic data of city and countryside. Meanwhile it solves multi-user concurrent operation handle huge amounts of data management and data sharing aspects of technical problems, realizing the links between spatial data base and attribute data base. According to the actual needs of system extends function module by the application of ArcGIS software interface and component.4. The system adopts the multimodal data management method: it can realize centralized(based on an application server) data management model, and(based on multiple application servers and distributed collaborative operation) data management mode, and two modes can be mutual conversion.5. With the combination of needs and features of cadastral management information system, each function module cadastral management information system of city and countryside integration realized itself. The data base is carefully designed and the operation test is conducted.At last, the paper summarizes the experience and tech results in the developing process, figures out the existing problems and the trends of the system.
