In the vehicle assembly process, the manual mode of data collection and bar code information collected is still not in time, the extent of information visualization and low defects. Only the experience of workers or paper board assembly, will lead to the wrong gear, leaking equipment, multi-loading and so on. Assemblies to improve the degree of visual information to guide the assembly of workers, improve the assembly level, to reduce the cost of error correction.the use of bar code capture mode there are still prone to leakage sweep, sweep many, sweep mistake and so on; But radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) as an implementation be able to realize automatic collection of data further enhance the mixing of the data acquisition assembly line capacity and improve visualization of the Factory has become an urgent need to address the problem. With automatic data collection, Tags can be read and write and so on; reduce the manual intervention. However, Vehicle assembly plant equipment, cables and metal products, such as would interfere with rfid systems, Causingleakage of the tags read, misread, multi-tag collision problem, in this paper, the focus from the management level, Made RFID technology in the vehicle assembly process of the application model avoiding these problems.In this paper, Based on the analysis of the problems in the assembling process of complete vehicle, the focus of the study are as follows:(1) the paper firstly put forward the related technologies and methods about RFID in the assembling process of complete vehicle.(2) it studied the problems of RFID technology such as short-reading, misreading, multi-labels collision and metal screen in the visualized assembling process of complete vehicle from the perspective of the application with RFID technology.(3) it researched visualized management system's structure in the assembling process of complete vehicle based on the RFID, which includes the construction of RFID system network, the design of system and so on.The application of RFID technology not only realize the automatic collection of complete vehicle assembling data, but also realize the visualization of manual operation and complete vehicle assembling line initially, strengthen the controlling ability of the assembling process together with decrease of the error correction cost and improvement of efficiency.
