In the course of the existing automotive assembly, Most still use manual orsemi-intelligent assembly, Information collection mainly uses artificial or barcode, so,The information collected is not timely, low level of information visualization, theoperator can not keep abreast of assembly information, the data collection processlikely to occur human error. Auto parts and assembly process type and quantity ofrange, Inevitably often occur installed wrong, missing equipment, more equipmentand some other problems. Response to these problems, this article will introduceRFID technology can achieve automobile assembly line visualization of assemblyprocess, improve the assembly level, while improving product quality, Reduceproduction costs and increase economic efficiency, achieve internal intelligentmanagement.RFID technology is an automatic identification technology, RFID technology hasbeen used in production management, transportation and other industries,it caneffectively reduce production costs and improve efficiency. RFID middleware is thecore part of the RFID system, plays a role as a bridge in the RFID system applications,is to connect readers and back-end application system link, can mask differences inhardware devices that can provide real-time information for the effective applicationof the system of labels, reduce the burden on the upper application informationsystems, can mask differences in hardware devices that can provide real-timeinformation for the effective application of the system of labels, reduce the burden onthe upper application information systems.In this paper, designed a simple RFID middleware platform for features ofautomotive assembly lines, the demand in the field of automotive assembly RFIDmiddleware technology was analyzed, and on this basis to build a framework to builda system function, system architecture for the design of a modular design, equipment management module to complete the reader unified management and configuration,Achieve RFID middleware and reader via RS-232serial communication modeconnection, read and write operations on the label; Message data processing moduleusing de-emphasis filter, mode filters and content filters and other treatment methodsfor collecting massive amounts of data to be processed; In the event processingmodule extracted from meaningless data in an electronic tag containing a specificevent information meaningful to provide more comprehensive information andservices for the upper application.
