However, there is a great waste of resources, that functions of these large-scale scientific experiment equipment are not well developed, as a result of extensive economic development mode and irrational management of long-term. These purchases without having to repeat the acquisition of large-scale scientific experiments is of very low equipment utilization and it reduced the value of its equipment causing enormous waste. In order to solve this real problem, the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, leading a number of units in large-scale scientific experiments to join the shared platform, carried out the construction of equipment. The main tasks of this project is to design a multi-function remote data transmission interface equipment,to complete remote data transmission on large-scale scientific experiments of equipment sharing platform.Firstly, it put forward the issue of academic value and use significance, analysis the a large-scale scientific experiments transmission equipment status and data collection technology home and abroad ,related to the status quo, introduces a large-scale scientific experiment equipment common data transfer network port and the current mainstream technology and data transmission means, and determines the long-range data transmission interface equipment needed for integrated short-range and remote port. Then, based on the needs analysis, it gave a long-range data transmission interface equipment design, proposed the use of remote data transmission interface to achieve data sharing platform on the process, built a block diagram of interface equipment, and the definition of the various modules the specific composition and function of the need to achieve, and the appointment of a shared platform for data transmission in communication protocol is given. Finally, in accordance with the design of long-range data transmission interface equipment, it gives the software and hardware design. In hardware design, the high cost-effective single chip AT89S52 is dominated, with MAX232, FT232BM, MC35, RTL8019AS, CC2420, such as chips and function modules, the realization of the RJ45, RS232, RS485, USB proximal interface and include GPRS, LAN, ZigBee module remote interface design is done,and the specific program and circuit diagram are given; In software design, in accordance with the initialization module, GPRS module, LAN module, ZigBee modules, and packet and unpacking module, specific software flow chart are given, in which the transplantation of TCP / IP protocol on the microcontroller of a LAN module is done.The issue of long-distance data transmission design interface devices is access to content in the proximal RJ45, RS232, RS485 and USB data ports, and transmits data through GPRS, LAN and ZigBee in the remote. It has a certain innovation, through the actual test, various technical indicators have reached the large-scale scientific experiments sharing platform equipment requirements of long-distance data transmission, having a good practical value. |
