Web-based Management System Of Information Classification Development And Security Strategy Research

Since the revolution of information technology brought the brand-new file form --electronic file,how to manage and utilize a large number of electronic files effectively has already become an important problem to be solved,then Management Information System arise at the historic moment.Meanwhile,the development of the management information system becomes possible because of the appearance of Computer science and technology such as object-oriented method and relationship database technology.The thesis summarized the current situation of the development of electronic file administration and proposed the more effective and rational information classification management system arming at the shortage and disadvantage of the information management system at present. Firstly,the thesis determined to adopt the B/S designing mode based on web.Then, this paper uses popular object-oriented analysis method for system analysis,general design of the management system and detailed design of every module,finally complete the realization of the system and test it generally.Aiming at the security requirements of the system,the thesis plan the security policy of the system after analysing it from the following aspect:application,network, database,physics and management,it improved the security of this system. The main modules included in the system are electronic file collection,query,statistic, management,departments and staff management.The system will implement:every employee of the department to conduct and query accessed a variety of ways the electronic file;file manager statistic,delete and update the electronic file;file manager operate every department and staff including add,delete and modify.
