Design And Implementation For Security Management Information System Of Electronic Archives

When the information age came,the society has brought great changes,electronic files have gradually integrated into our work and life in all areas,greatly enriched the way people access to information,to bring us work and convenience at the same time,also produced A lot of problems,such as data leakage,electronic files were illegally tampered with,so the electronic file security management has become the focus of the study.Through comprehensive of the western developed countries more authoritative electronic records management standards,combined with China’s electronic archives related management norms and practical needs of application,analysis of the vulnerability of electronic archives and electronic archives in the current security management deficiencies and defects,this paper puts forward the demand analysis scheme of the design and realization of the electronic archives security management system,designs the framework of the electronic archives security management system and the function modules of file management,borrowing and querying,and according to the security demand,The paper proposes a Zero-watermark algorithm based on character frequency,using the digital feature of the electronic archives to form the feature watermark,the method of the third party Registration Management Center is adopted to replace the method of merging the extracted feature information and the information of electronic archives,which greatly protects the authenticity of the original information and has availability imperceptible.Through experimental verification and performance analysis,this thesis realizes the functions of the electronic archives security management system based on the research and design.From the actual effect of the system used,the system designed can effectively complete the electronic file sorting,borrowing,inspection and other operations,each function module to meet the security management needs,and to achieve the requirements of tamper-proof electronic archives.The main contribution of this paper is to put forward a character frequency Zero-watermark module based on the research of tamper-proof in electronic archives,which provides a new way for the research of electronic archives Anti-tamper management.
