As a tool, Unified Modeling Language (Unified Modeling Language,UML), B/S architecture, Object-Oriented (Object-Oriented, OO) technology, andmeta-database technique are fully used in this system to demand analysis, systemanalysis and system design. Related activities using various UML diagram describesthe file management functionality, performance, and network analysis and modeling, toobtain a use case model and operating model; Detailed analysis of system functionality, performances, AMS using a top-down, one by one refinement of the idea of thedetailed design to achieve the main features include: user management, file collectionand reorganization, the identification of destruction and lending management. It can satisfy the achieves management for the characteristic of power industry, promote the modernization, electrification, standardization of archives work, share thearchives information, and improve the management effectively by using this system.
