The Rock, Mineral, Fossil Database Construction And Origin-data Standard Research Of Hebei Province

The construction of national science and technology basic platform has been on from 2004.It mainly carries on the conformity to certain key fields and the regional science and technology basic resources.As an important part of technology platform construction project of Hebei Province,"Technology resources database construction of Hebei Province"is under the protection of the unified planning,policies and the corresponding regulation,applys of modern information technology,integrates of discrete scientific and technological resources, builds the whole of society sharing service system,implements the standardization of information management and efficient use of natural resources and scientific data,and provides protection of information resources for scientific and technological innovation, government decision-making,economic growth.Up to now,our government have invested 3.9 million and have completed eight scientific and technological resources database,which have put into use with good results."Geography resource database integration and database construction of Hebei Province" belongs to one of these fields,and on February 24,2009,through the acceptance of the expert group of science and technology agency.In this paper,"the rock,mineral,fossil database of Hebei Province" is an important part of "Geography resource database integration and database construction of Hebei Province".The author uses the ideas of practice-oriented,comparative study and standard design in this paper.This article analyzes the rock,mineral,fossil database construction condition from the nation and various provinces which have used to the public.Based on the rock,mineral, fossil database experience of Hebei Province,the author proposes the tactic pattern,the data item design pattern,the data processing pattern,the function establishment pattern,the system administration pattern of provincial-level rock,mineral,fossil database,designs the Origin—data standard of provincial-level rock,mineral,fossil database,summarizes the question and the solution in the process of rock,mineral,fossil database construction.The present paper divides into five chapters.In the first chapter,the author introduces the construction background,the significance, the content,the method,the innovation spot of this topic,analyzes the necessity of establishing the provincial-level rock,mineral,fossil database in the process of national science and technology basic requirement platform construction.In the second chapter,the author summarizes briefly the national and provincial-level rock,mineral,fossil database at present which have used to the public.Obviously,the construction of rock,mineral,fossil database is on the scale,but the difference is remarkable.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the portal frame construction and the data item of national and various provincial-level rock,mineral,fossil database,proposes the rock, mineral,fossil database tactic pattern and the data item design pattern of Hebei Province.
