Abstract/Summary:
PFC developed by our drive module test equipment are in the PFC in order to drive the process of module production and product testing in the detection of product quality testing equipment.PFC driver module is running at a variety of signals will be issued,and the test equipment is through the acquisition of these signals to digital-to-analog conversion,the signal analysis of the data,and then a product is found to the problem,pointing out that the crux of the problem and the solution to the problem.And a variety of signal data can be stored in a variety of storage devices,such as SD card,U disk,PC hard disk and so on in order to analyze data maintenance personnel.Saving human and material resources and time savings.The design of the test equipment be divided into two major parts:1.Hardware.2.Software.We divided hardware into two parts:1.Test equipment design of the modules,that is,to deal with a variety of signals,the hardware circuit.Including power supply units,voltage protection unit,current protection unit and the SD card storage,serial communications and so on.2.STM32 family of chips used to detect the purpose of its implementation.
