As a emerging data bus in the field of avionics environment, FC-AE-1553bushas become one of the widely-used data buses in modern Aviation and AerospaceEngineering with its high speed, real-time, high reliability, strong expandability andgood support for traditional MIL-STD-1553devices. With developing complexity,launching and operating cost of military devices increasing, it becomes more andmore important that weaponry could detect and isolate fault by themselves. Thethesis researches on the design and implementation of a ground test system forrocket mounted equipment based on FC-AE-1553bus, analyses data communicationdescribed by the FC-AE-1553protocol and searches a solution for the system basedon database technique, which is meaningful to the research field of online testsystem in avionics environment.To begin with, the thesis gives a design of the software architecture of thesystem. The thesis provides a detailed research on the FC-AE-1553protocol,designs the user defined protocol and gives a solution on data communicationbetween nodes in FC-AE-1553network according to user requirements.Then, the thesis designs a program framework of the information acquisitionunit, and describes the implementation of the data-receiving module anddata-processing module. Data processing based on the exchange information recordsis designed. Three exchanges according to FC-AE-1553protocol are implemented,and a solution on data communication between data-processing module and theLabVIEW graphical user interface is provided.Furthermore, the fault-pattern entry unit using Python, wxPython GUI Libraryand SQLite Database is implemented. Aimed at user requirements, the functions ofgraphical user interface are planned, and a block-based design is given.Finally, with the support of WinDriver software, the thesis gives a series ofroutine interfaces for visiting PCI-E devices and discusses how to avoid invalidinterrupt requests buffered by upper computer operating system. And the thesisgives a solution on the ground test system in avionics environment based on SQLiteDatabase, with its data retrieval capability.The thesis focuses on giving a complete system design, describing solutions ofevery part in detail, testing stability and correctness of every part independently.According to testing results, the research on the design and implementation of aground test system for rocket mounted equipment based on the FC-AE-1553bus ismeaningful in practice and the solution described by the thesis could satisfy user requirements.
