Development Of Integrated Missile Test Equipment Based On Lan

The traditional missile test system based on VXI bus is bulky and costly, it can not meet the requirement. Missile test systems are going along to network and integration. Therefore, the development of integrated missile test equipment based on LAN has important applications.According to the missile test requirements and the requirements of networking and integration in the test equipment, it provides the entire design proposal based on the research of LAN interface and the idea of integrated test.In terms of hardware, based on the idea of modular design, the test equipment consists of the LAN interface board and six functional modules. LAN interface board is designed by using the technology of ARM-based embedded system, it achieves the LAN interface function of the test equipment. Functional module consists of the DSP control board and functional circuit boards. DSP control board is designed by using the structure of DSP and FPGA, it achieves to communicate with LAN interface board and to control the functional circuit boards. The local interface is designed between DSP control board and LAN interface board by using the technology of register-based access, it achieves that LAN interface board manages the functional modules. The functional circuit boards are designed by using the mature technology of the products, it simplifies the effort and shortens the cycle.In terms of software, based on the embedded Linux operating system, it develops the local interface device driver and achieves that the LAN interface board manages several functional modules. It develops network communication program by using TCP/IP protocol and achieves the network communication between PC and LAN interface board. It is compatible with the existing products of virtual instrument drivers and soft panel by modifying the underlying IO driver.Testing result shows that the missile test equipment meets the design requirements.
