Research On The Reform Of County Newspapers

The reform of county newspapers is an important part of mass media reform. It has positive significance for adjustment of press structure. According to the situation of Zhejiang province ,this paper revealed the effects of county newspapers reform by making a review of process of reform and comparing the changes in contents, advertisement. And deeply revealsed the achievement of adjustment in press structure and conditions for this achievement.It has five parts in this paper. The first chapter introduced the background, present situation and the methods. The second chapter began with making a review of adjustment in press structure and then introduced the county newspapers reform in 2003. Then in the third chapter made a simple introduction of the process of annexation and recombination, and the change in personnel and financial affairs. The fourth chapter of this paper, by comparing the contents and advertisement with the situation before the reform of county newspapers in Zhejiang to demonstrate the effects of reform. Finally, draw the conclusion and revealed the significance and the enlightenment for the adjustment of press structure in the future of reform of county newspapers.
