Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The County-level TV Station Management System

The County-level TV station is the most basic component part of Chinese Radio and television industry,and it plays a very important role in the field of news and communication.In recent years,the management system of the county-level TV stations has been developing continuously and perfectly,but there are still some problems.So we need to study and solve them seriously,so as to promote the development of its developing in China.In this paper,the author first expounds the relevant theoretical foundation of the County-level TV station management system and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current management system of it.Secondly,the author introduces the development status of county-level TV stations in China,pointing out the existence of a large number,weak and unbalanced development characteristics;then according to the Jiaozhou TV station as an example,analysis of Chinese county-level television station in the target management,human resource management,financial management,project management and other aspects of the problem.These two aspects and expounds the essence from the internal and external influences.Finally,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the problems existing in the management system of it.After elaborated on Chinese county-level television station management system reform policy guidance and reform the successful case,the author puts forward the County-level TV stations to deepen the reform of internal management system from human resources management,post management,salary management,financial management,business management,program management,image management and other aspects;deepen the reform of management system from the aspects of external to enhance the ability of public services,accelerate the integration of new media,and standardized broadcast order,illegal broadcasting behavior.
