Research And Development Of LCD TV

Compared with traditional CRT TV, LCD has characteristics such as fashion shape, energy saving, high screen resolution and longevity of service, which are welcome by most people. With the decrease of manufacture cost, LCD is more and more popular, and become the dominate TV products in the market nowadays.Base on the market demand, this model of LCD is designed with versatile input port such as RF,VIDEO,YpbPr,VGA,etc, which could connect to many kinds of Audio/Video devices and create an advanced platform for people' s entertainment.This paper will list the design of this LCD in detail. It will present the signal thread design, followed by the design of signal input unit (interface circuit), of signal processing unit (Video signal processing circuit), of signal output unit (circuit to convert TTL to LVDS,etc). It will also explain the power supply circuit design, and the principals applied for the software design. In the last section, it is the summary, an objective discussion of the pros and cons of this LCD.
