Development Of High-speed Nuclear Pulse Shape Acquisition Circuit Based On DSP

This paper finishes interface card with PCI bus based on TMS320C6205 DSP of TI and high-speed AD sampling chip, it is suitable for nuclear pulse shape direct acquisition. Supreme sampling frequency reaches 40MHz, it is suitable for shape collection of general nuclear detector output signal.This thesis discusses the hardware circuit of the data acquisition system in detail, provides the concrete schematic picture and printed circuit board picture. Succeed in developing the interface circuit with higher practical value. Developed successfully forming a set of DSP software used on CCS software platform. And it is successful to debug the system integration of the software and hardware. Sample to the analog signal of different frequency finally, in input the square wave of 10MHz cases, sampled result and input signal are unanimous basically, receive the anticipated result.With the development of technology of the computer and large scale integrated circuit technology, in modern nuclear electronics measurement, use the system of very large scale integration circuit and high-speed real-time processing software to replace the traditional analog measuring system. In such a system, sample to the wave form of the whole nuclear signal, then carry on real-time analysing and processing. So,wave form acquisition of nuclear signal is a foundation of system, it is a core to real-time analysing and processing software. This interface circuit can be used in acquisition and analysis of the real nuclear detector signal wave form, on this basis, adopt high speed AD chip, can used in radiation detector quick wave form of signal sampling. So, this thesis has important meanings to nuclear signal shape sampling and processing, to the research of the new-type nuclear measuring system. Moreover, this interface circuit cooperates with proper DSP kernel software and upper computer systems software, can apply to other fields , for instance the medical diagnosis , industry lossless examining and measuring ,etc, samples and analyses signal.
