Design And Study Of The Electronic Controller Interface Circuit

With the development of technology, the control system is more and more complicated. Simultaneously, aero-engine's structure is complicated, non-liner and multi-variable control system. Therefore, Full Authority Digital Electronic Control system becomes the priority developing, is also the development direction. The electronic controller has got more and more broad application, so the circuit of the signal processing as linking the sensor and controller has become especially important. In the paper, we have carried out thorough research on the circuit of the signal processing for sensor.The electronic controller structure principle, I/O parameter and the sensor function are listed in the paper in thorough analysis, we have designed the circuit of the signal adjusting making the sensor signal changing into standard voltage. We also have designed out circuital principle picture, and have carried out a function simulate by the Protel99SE software, having generated PCB, The circuit has certain practical value and can meet the requirement for engineering application through primary testing.
