| As the rapid development of the urbanization and economical construction, the urban security systems face some urgent challenge and requirements. At the same time, advanced computer technology, the network techniques and the video-code techniques have provided an essential guarantee for actual urban digital network administration. To construct a set of regionally urban security digital monitoring system which uses the newest techniques and dependable quality, along with useful economic characters and friendly interface, has become the important measure for urban authorities to keep order, suppress crime and safeguard citizens property and it also boosts its economical development. Nowadays, it has emerged as a symbolic of the metropolis modernization communities.According to the actual requirements of urban public security, in this letter, we provide the research and analysis to the key techniques of the digital network video monitoring systems. A new type of security synthesis video monitoring system (SSVMS, which is based on TCP/IP and urban public security networks) was devised and brought into effect. In the systems, moving vehicles and passerby should be spied real time within the whole regional road intersections, security hot and complex positions and important control spans. So, three levels of structural control center including police bureau, traffic control station and police station, can be constructed. The video image will be shared via optical cables by main control center of police bureau and regional police stations. Any kinds of the breaking-law actions, suspicions vehicles and potential crime can be monitored immediately and recorded in time. With the use of SSVMS, all the abilities of synthesis prevention, rapid reaction and dynamical administration have been enforced, since our SSVMS melts all the security monitoring, smart interface card and electronic police together and realizes the share of the information. |
