Design And Implementation Of The Electronic Police System Based On Video Detection

With the development of science and technology,"electronic police" appears inRoad traffic management system in our country.It is a science and technologyproduct of the era.it can Monitor and capture traffic situation,providing evidence onillegal action. It is an important solution to manage trafiic security. It can easeincreasing traffic congestion.The "electronic police" becomes an necessary role inTraffic management team.Thanks to the computer technology and image processing technology, videodetection technology in the application of intelligent transportation technology is moreand more mature, its importance is more and more prominent, the video electronicpolice system is one of the important application instance. Video electronic policesystem,to ensure the traffic safety driving, illegal phenomenon plays an importantrole.The main research content of this thesis is, in view of the above requirements putforward a new method to realize the design of the embedded electronic police system,solve the current problems existing in the electronic police system：the application ofdatabase, image processing is not very perfect, etc.Secondly, in this paper, based on the video electronic police system and relatedtechnology in Oracle database technology in detail in this paper. At the same time, thisthesis through the analysis of the practical application environment, the systemrequirements and performance index of each function module in detail.Finally, this paper based on the general structure of the video electronic policesystem was analyzed, and each module of the electronic police system based on videofor functional testing and performance testing, test results and test data show that thedesigned system has reached the desired functional requirements and performancerequirements.
