The Research And Practice On Housing Registration & Management Information System Based On GIS Technique

This thesis introduces the characteristics and developing process of housing registration system in our country. Combined with the coming on of the law relating to rights over things & measures for housing registration, it analyses new problem and new challenge of housing registration in recent years, and points out the current main shortages in the housing registration and the construction of management information system all over the country. The thesis puts forward the problem on the new generation of housing registration & management information system, and it points out the great importance, advantages and effects on the usage of GIS technique applicating to the housing registration and management.The housing survey is the basic work of housing registration and management, and also is the core of GIS technique. It is one of the most important contents of point for research and introduction in this thesis. The thesis points out the isolation from traditional housing survey and housing registration & management information system, it also points out the shortage of information sharing. The thesis puts forward a new mode, of which the core is based on the management of housing figure data. So that we can manage the buildings by their figures on the map, and we can also combine with their files, data and etc integral whole to turn.The thesis take Hangzhou as an example. It introduces the application and practice on housing registration & management information system based on GIS technique in Hangzhou, and also introduces the targets, key technique and effects of this information system. The thesis would lay equal stress on a point introduction on the mold piece of handling affairs, survey management and statistics search etc in the application of GIS. At the end of the thesis, we carry on an outlook for the direction of aftertime development. We hope that the method and standpoint in this thesis can establish the theoretical and practical foundation for the constructing of housing registration & management information system in the future.
