Since the 40 th anniversary of the reform and opening up,a large number of outstanding figures have emerged in China,especially in the fields of economic construction and science and technology.In order to record the advanced deeds and the spirit of the times of these figures,CCTV Finance Channel produced a report on a large financial figures the feature film,Financial Figures Weekly,has achieved very good dissemination after its launch.This article uses the program as a discourse analysis case.It selects 87 episodes as the corpus from the broadcast of the program on January 8,2018 to the end of October 14,2019,and analyzes finance and economics in the era of 40 years of reform and opening up.The mirrored features,meaning and influence of the character media.The research in this article mainly uses content analysis,case analysis and literature analysis,based on Faircluff's discourse analysis framework,that is,three dimensions of text-discourse practice-social practice,and combined with Van Dick's graphic structure of news The theory and the theory of scholar Zeng Qingxiang's news narratology carry out specific discourse analysis on the program.Based on a macro statistical analysis of the topic selection,field distribution,and utterance duration of financial personage reports in CCTV Financial Figures Weekly Program,a micro-level analysis of the news icon structure,Rhetoric strategy,and vocabulary selection and use of dialogue.Since it is a television financial character reporting program,this article also discusses the dialogue construction mode from the audiovisual perspective and the narrative perspective.Based on the above analysis,we summarized the CCTV Financial Figures Weekly program as a tribute to the financial figures emerging in the 40 years of reform and opening up.The two major features presented in the report: First,the program strengthens the role of spiritual leadership in discourse and presents financial stories To create spiritual idols;to convey the mainstream values by constructing the image of people who have made great contributions to the development of thecountry;to record historical spirits by digging historical contradictions;and second,to ‘retreat' from the reporter in the report.To make progress,strengthen the program's heavy sense of documentaryness;Take virtual as reality,and firmly control the effect of the right to speak.Combining the communication context with the discourse context The author finds that the program is mainly affected by three factors in the discourse construction: One is that mainstream media needs to demonstrate the guidance function of public opinion;the other is the mission of promoting the core values of the country;and the third is to satisfy the preferences of the senior intellectual audience for receiving information.Finally,summarize and reflect on the shortcomings of the discourse of the program,and put forward a strategy of ‘one draw' ‘two conversions' and ‘three closeness' for financial and economic figures,that is,to actively extract nutrients from excellent traditional culture and promote traditional culture.The wisdom of finance and economics in China;focus on the transformation of professional terms into popular discourse,the transformation of traditional media to new media platforms;and in financial reports,we must firmly adhere to the ‘three closeness' principle of being close to reality,close to life,and close to the masses.It is expected to provide useful reference for similar reports in other media,improve the expression and communication of financial figures,and attract more attention and attention from financial circles to the financial figures.This will help audiences shape positive outlook on life.
