The television Annual figures selection is a new style which appeared in the practice of TV programs in China's mainland during recent years.Not only become the important ways for various media to show their editing ability and social influence, also is a good choice to reflect their concern of own authority and public welfare.By analyzing the concept, explaining the background, and combing the venation of its development, We may see clearly the momentary but great strides that television Annual figures selection has made.The Zhejiang Economic Figures of the Year is a famous program of television Annual figures selection in Zhejiang Province.By means of the case analyze,we find that its success not only stands for the ordinary experience, but also has its distinctive charm.However, following the splendidness is the slowdown of its development, just the same as other similar programs. The problems, which are degrading the quality of the program, lie in content and form of the program in three aspects.These problems have also become the chock point which blocks the development of all programs of the same kind.By drawing on the concept of branding of television activities,this study clarified brand positioning, refined the brand core values, opened up brand extension, maintenance and innovation, and tried to give a constructivist strategies of sustainable development for the television Annual figures selection.
