With the rapid development of imaging technology as well as visual requirements increasing, the traditional two-dimensional imaging technology can no longer meet the needs of the people. Three-dimensional imaging technology research and application is an inevitable trend. This article made an innovative theoretical research using imaging technology being researched and developed a three-dimensional imaging platform system based on this theoretical research. The main work and achievements are as follows:Firstly, the theoretical research in this article aimed at the three-dimensional image data compression, using data analysis tools -wavelet transform to process the image, combined with mathematical morphology expansion algorithm. Finally, present an improved run-length coding algorithms to achieve three-dimensional color image data compression. Through the analysis of the algorithm, the results indicated this algorithm had a better compression effect in comparison with other algorithm. At the same time this theoretical research provides a theoretical protection for three-dimensional imaging platform system in clear image and quick accessing.Secondly, at present, because of modeling complex and time-consuming, we used three-dimensional object decomposition and description to build three-dimensional object model library, and then, used suitable algorithm to portfolio and add different categories of objects element model. The results show that this modeling technique is simple and fast.Thirdly, Three-dimensional images application is a hot spot to the major companies' research and development with each other in recent years. In this paper, the development of three-dimensional imaging platform system use the ERIS Company's arcgis engine for the control, settlement of most of the three-dimensional imaging systems can not be achieved three-dimensional marking, as well as adding three-dimensional object model and searching. For all walks of life to provide a platform for the development of the secondary interface, so that the secondary development of simplistic and humane.Finally, three-dimensional image service platform system was tested. The results show that the design of three-dimensional imaging systems platform achieves satisfactory effect. It is powerful, access fastly, and has high reliability.
