Research On Public Technology Service Platform For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises Of Shoe-Making

With the rising of raw materials cost, labor cost and RMB appreciation, small and Medium-sized enterprises of shoe-making are facing increasingly severe competitive pressure. In order to survive and develop in the tough world, the enterprises of shoe-making need to not only design products on their own, but also to take full advantage of the external resources to enhance their competitive capability . In the current circumstances, ASP service platform is the very important base and channel to strengthen the small and medium enterprises' competitive capability. Based on the application service provider(ASP in brief) model, public service technology platform has to be built up for small and medium-sized enterprises of shoe-making. It is an efficient platform to provide technology service, resource sharing, training and cousulting to enterprises. It is significant for enterprises to reduce the cost of informationaliation and acquiring common technology.The article consists of the following parts: (1)Based on the analysis of common problems of shoe-making enterprises, the developing background of shoe-making technology and ASP service platform at home or aboard , what to be research and why to be research is expatiated. (2) The requirements of the ASP public service platform is analyzed in detail. And business process of main modules of the platform is analyzed.(3)The general structure of ASP public service platform which is based on B/S mode is built up. Then the approach of modular development is adopted. We design and develop main inner subsystems of business logic layer in detail, and give a display of running instance.(4)As an essential service of ASP public technology service platform, shoe-making CAD software based on Web is developed partly.The function of 2-D shoe design is achieved, main principle and key technology is analyzed.We use Web Service technology to achieve the aim of the data communication of CAD and platform , and demonstrate running examples. (5)Based on the research of running experience of domestic ASP service platform, we make a research of the operational mechanisms of ASP public technology service platform for small and medium enterprises of shoe-making from three parts, including the service model, stratege of promotion and business model.The main points can be summarized as follows: (1)ASP public technology service platform is built up for small and medium-sized enterprises of shoe-making. ASP application model is promoted in shoe industry. (2)Two-dimensional shoe-designing on-line is achieved by the tool of FLEX.
