| Financial enterprises are indispensable in our lives.From old-style Chinese private bank to modern bank,with the increase in people's life pressure,time is becoming extremely precious.To provide convenience for people's daily life and save their time,the banks have made Automatic Teller Machine(ATM)an important channel to provide clients with financial services.The outlets distribution of ATM and their management level have direct impact on the bank's automation level and also on the bank's core competitiveness in the industry.As a result,to better serve the clients and improve their own competitiveness in the industry,many banks invest capitals to develop and update the software of ATM.Though the banks are constantly developing their own ATM software,Automated Teller Machine Client(ATMC)software in the market still have many drawbacks.The major drawback is that the type of equipment supported by ATMC software is single,largely only one kind of brand is supported and even only one type of the equipment under one brand is supported.Whereas neither the same type of equipment under different brands nor the different types of equipment under the same brand is supported.Besides,the software is run in different operating environments,some can be run under OS2 system and some under WINDOWS system.All these are,to some degree,obstacles to the function expansion and maintenance of the ATMC software.This paper firstly investigates and surveys the business scope and clients demand of self-service equipment and learns about operating departments' business requirements.Based on that,the overall analysis of the system is conducted.For the self-service equipment's basic transactions,such as the transactions of deposit and withdrawal,balance enquiry,detail enquiry,changing password,transferring accounts,card-free deposit and electronic cash transaction,the process data is analyzed and the model of business process is built.Besides,the system general structure,the management platform of self-service equipment(namely the management end of Web interface),the database and functional modules of ATM Preconsole(namely the banks'front-end server)are designed in detail and implemented.The management platform of the self-service equipment is primarily described in detail,including the self-service equipment's function modules such as remote monitoring,remote management(including directory browse of remote file,remote startup&Shutdown,remote screenshot and other functions),CASE fault handling,version control(including functions such as version making,version issuance and timing issuance of different types of equipment,including cash-type equipment and noncash-type equipment),business reporting(relevant business reporting developed by the operating department according to the requirements)and system management.Internal join-test verification is conducted after the system development is completed,including functional test and non-functional test.SP test in hardware unit accessing the cross platform,and the normal and abnormal test of business function are primarily conducted.The systematic test is carried out through the test case prepared in advance.According to the analysis of the test results,both the feasibility and the effectiveness of ATMC cross-platform system meet the design requirements.After being put in operation and test run,the users give positive feedback about the system's operation.In the future according to the requirements of operating department,remote version can be issued and upgrade pack can be issued to the client for the system's automatic judgment after the local development test.The restart is preset at 4 o'clock in the morning.New functions contained in the upgrade pack can go into effect after the restart.According to the requirement analysis and the rigorous test,the functional and nonfunctional aspects of self-service equipment cross-platform system meet the operating department's requirements. |
