Research On The Key Technology Of Public Service Platform For The Management Of Small And Medium Sized Equipment Manufacturing Industry

Equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of a country economy development. Because of its high degree of industrial linkage, strong ability of absorbing employment, capital intensive and technology intensive, equipment manufacturing industry has become an important guarantee for technological progress and industrial upgrading, and an embodiment of the comprehensive strength of a country. Especially in recent years, with the continuous development of China’s economy, some small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing enterprises have sprung up, constantly emerging. These enterprises by virtue of their large number,flexible form, product variety, has become an indispensable important part of the national economy. Therefore, to strengthen the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing industry is bound to the development of China’s national economy has important significance.Informatization is an important means to strengthen the management ability and core competence of small and medium sized enterprise equipment manufacturing enterprises. But most enterprise information management system, like ERP, is very difficult to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing industry. Aimed at this problem, this research specialized small and medium-sized equipment manufacturing industry, discussed requirements of business management information system and design of platform system function, and eventually developed the public service platform for business management.Meanwhile, based on the status quo of human and technical ability of the small and medium-sized enterprises, the paper was studied the construction of system core BOM.After analyzed the characteristics of the management of the small and medium-sized enterprises and the BOM view of the production process, a new method of constructing the unified BOM pattern was proposed. This method combined the characteristics of various forms of BOM in the whole life cycle, and discussed the main problems in the process of BOM construction, such as the classification of materials, the definition of product relation and the maintenance of material information. Unified BOM form to help small and medium enterprises to effectively overcome the lack of manpower to complete the construction and maintenance of multi form BOM difficult problem. The model is stable and efficient, and can meet theneeds of the actual platform.
