Study On The Scheme And Framework Of Information Resource Integration In E-government

E-government is one of the most important fields in the construction process of informatization. In order to remove "Information Island" existed in the present construction of e-government, make better use of information resource, reduce redundancy, realize information sharing, and improve the government efficiency, it becomes very imperative to integrate the information resources. It is of great significance for this paper to research on the scheme and framework of information resources integration in e-government.This paper firstly shows us the related concepts of e-government information resources integration, and the necessity and importance of integration. Then, based on the comparison of information resources construction with China and other countries, it analyzes the advanced experience of these countries. And it also puts forward the integration scheme of e-government information resources, including foreground integration, background integration and "customer integration" three aspects. The concept of Web2.0 has been integrated into the scheme, and then conceives the idea of E-Government2.0. Finally, it proposes the framework of information resources integration in e-government on the basis of the integration scheme. And an example has been given to account for the key problem in the framework. In this example, it uses XML middleware technology to realize heterogeneous data integration. And it also explains the feasibility and practical significance of the scheme and framework of information resources integration in e-government.
