Research Information Integration Of PDM And ERP Based On BOM

With the development in the information technology, modern manufacturing enterprises are now facing the global competition which is remaining diverse and drastic day by day, and informationizing has been the core to improve the competence of their Productions in manufacturing enterprises. They are required to produce more products with better quality and lower cost in shorter period.To meet the requirement has become the survival and developing key of modern enterprises.Product data management(PDM) and enterprise resources Planning(ERP) are the Prinary technology support in advanced manuafeturing technology.The research on the integration between PDM system and ERP system not only can reduce the generative cycle of Productions effectively, but also can accelerate transforming Processes of Productions from the field of designing to the one of manufacturing.And as the main information of integration between PDM system and ERP system, BOM is the important composing and the syncretic Point of two great information flats,and it is the central and pivotal contents of information integration between the two systems. BOM has the important sense to eliminate the"information acnode"existing in them.Produet Data Management and Enteprrise Resource Planning are two systems Playing very important role in enterprise infomration一based.With the development of them,there would be Problems when systems maintain the same data,data appear to be different,and information from the two systems are unable to communicate.These Problems hold on the development to information-based,and from information isolated islnad.In this thesis the integration of ERP and PDM is mostly analyzed a nd studied in detail and depth. I analyze respective characteristic, function and structure of these two systems, differences and similarities of them, the content and object of integration. Broadly combining with the last research achievements of information integration theory and method, synthetically considering technical advancement and practical needs of enterprises, advanced six kinds of primary integration schemes between PDM and ERP,such as the encapsulating model,initiative model,passive model,the indirect model,the directly model,and the interface model,and Under the premise of comparing them, brought forward a integrative integration scheme based on middle database for F corporation.Through the entire of the Architecture designing process, this paper use the UML(Unified Modeling Language) as the tools to analyze and design,encircling the cases, a gain and again to accomplish the design and analyse of integration system. The entire of the Architecture developing process, this paper use the ORACLE interface develop technic which can holding the data integrality in the ERP system.The import data enter into the ORACLE interface table first,then checked by ORACLE ERP interface procedure and enter into formal table,which can holding the data consistency in the ERP system.In the Product design and the manufacture Process of the manufacturing industry,The bill of material of the Produet is construction for describing assemble,among them including all assembles,accessories,original materials,The BOM plays a role of the core data in the design of the Product and the mnauafacture process,it is the information bridge to link the product design and the mnauafacture. This paper diseussed the evolvement of the Engineering BOM and the Manuafcturing BOM and brought forward model and arithmetic of the evolvement of the Engineering BOM and the Manuafcturing BOM based on it.This Paper has given a basic thinking frame work and the methods of resolvement of some eritical technology for the integrating of PDM and ERP system.It is advanced and has great application value.This integ rate technology had successful used in enterprise' s ERP and PDM integrate project. Practice had proved that it's a useful integrate mode.
