The Research And Application On Community Information Services For Underdeveloped Regions

With the construction of national e-government, the development of e-government has become an important part in political reform and innovation, community-based information technology has gradually become an important part of people's life. At present, in eastern and central areas, the information technology is developing fast, and many communities in information technology projects have achieved "one-network" and "one-stop" project. While in less developed regions, poor economy is a main stumbling block for them to achieve this goal. Thereby, it is promotion for us to make a in-depth study of information technology services for underdeveloped areas.This issue, making the "the information-based community in ZhongShan area of LiuPanShui City in Guizhou Province" as recearch foundation, is an integral part of the project. By exploring the concrete application of the underdeveloped areas, the project solves the information problem in ZhongShan area.Base on the fact of the underdeveloped region, this paper analyses the status of informationization, in-depth study the Specific Requirements of the system, taking into account the system's scalability to keep pace with times, and constitute corresponding Development Processes, finaly, design and development of community information system for Zhongshan District of Liupanshui City.By analyzing the difference between the the two-and three-tier architecture, distributed B / S structure was Adopted in this Syatem, not only to satisfy the displaying of the real-time information tooking place in the community, but also provide the external communication access to the data. In the development of the system, according to the needs, the system was divided into two major parts: information management and information technology services.Both the two part realized independence in functions, at the same time, sharing data interoperability. If one got problems, not to interfere with the applying the other part of the module, all this to construct the more suitable community-based information application platform for Zhongshan district of Liupanshui city.
