Research And Realization On Multimedia Information Processing Key Technologies Of MES-oriented Embedded Terminal

Nowadays, the information isolation and the automatization isolation in shop and device floor of manufacture enterprise have been restricting the extending and application of modern management technology, information technology and advanced manufacturing technology in manufacturing, to some extent.As an important solution to this problem, the research and application of Manufacturing Execution System is emerging rapidly in the whole world, and under the environment of manufacturing, the efficiency of multimedia information processing on the shop and device floor is the key guarantee to the successful implementation of Manufacturing Execution System. This paper will take multimedia information in Manufacturing Execution System as its main target and technologies of multimedia information processing as its main clue, and research on multimedia information processing and its key technologies in shop and devide floor of Manufacturing Execution System.Firstly, the development and the research situation of Manufacturing Execution System, the technologies of multimedia information, the use of multimedia information in Manufacturing Execution System and multimedia information processing in embedded terminal at home and aboard are summarized. After that, the information flow and the functional requirement of Manufacturing Execution System are elaborated. The requirement of multimedia information in Discrete Manufacturing Execution System is analyzed. The software and hardware structure of MES-oriented embedded multimedia information terimal and the operation model of Manufacturing Execution System which supports equipment integration are introduced. On the bases of the above, the compositions of multimedia information processing modules in MES-oriented embedded terminal are presented in this paper. And also the key technologies on the realization of multimedia information modules are analysed.Secondly, based on the software and hardware structure of embedded information terminal, the modules of multimedia information processing and their key technologies presented above, the key technologies of multimedia information processing in MES-oriented embeded terminal are studied in the paper. These technologies are mainly includes the technology of the decoding and playing of audio and video with the cooperation of software and hardware, the technology of image information processing based on Adapter pattern, the technology of text information processing, the technology of information storage and so on.Thirdly, after studying the modules of multimedia information processing of the embedded terminal and their key technologies, the modules of multimedia information processing in MES-oriented embedded terimal are developed.Such as the audio and video player module with the cooperation of software and hardware using MAE, image view module based on Adapter pattern,the well-written and well-illustrated text module,the embedded database module and so on.Finally, an application instance case study of the multimedia information modules is given.That is to say, using the module technology provided by Qt, and using parts of multimedia modules proposed in the above, the development of Multimedia Information Processing Teaching and Instant Message System is completed and its realization process is introduced in detail.
