Shop Floor Control System Analysis And Design

In recent years, ERP got rapid developments in China. Many enterprises have received good results through the implementation of ERP, such as improving the management level and the business processes, and also enhancing the ability of enterprise competition.In thesis, author analyses and introduces modern changes in the competitive environment and management model facing to challenges in specific enterprise. As well, the enterprise management faces a number of new opportunities and the workshop put forward a flow management component of ERP importance in enterprises, for upgrading enterprise management level, competition and great significance. The applications of the flow shop production management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is systematically discussed and studied in this thesis.Next, the ERP background, concepts, core principles and its implementation process are introduced. At the basis of theoretical, in accordance with scientific planning and implemented in phases, the enterprise ERP system solutions, ideas and DALU company information management system in the workshop program of architecture were put forward. Based on the actual status of DALU Company's, the ERP work house management solutions were made. Finally, this paper sums up the progresses and results, and the future development proposals are made for DALU company.
