| The telecommunications industry after many years,high speed development moves towards the bottom. In the next 5 to 10 years in the telecommunications industry's largest and most profound change will be a strategic change from voice to data .In the next data communications-based emerging markets,telecommunications operators launches the competition in the big customer data service market. Existing groups business of VIP customers are carrying the network as the following categories: Frame Relay, ATM, DDN, SDH, MSTP.PBB-TE (Provider backbone bridge Transport) is one of newest evolutions of IEEE802.1ah standard characteristics. Its original intention is to unify the operation business ethernet technical standard, including lamination architecture based on the IEEE802.1ah as well as the aspect characteristic of ethernet 0AM (for example IEEE802.1ag). In the suitable stratification ,PBB-TE changes the ethernet from the connectionless technical to the connection tunnel technology.This article carries on the analysis and the discussion on the existing solution of Jinan Netcom VIP customer groups service ,it also does the macro analysis baesd on market demand about Jinan Netcom big customer grouping service. Through technical and business feasibility tests,it studies the feasibility that telecommunication operators realize the service and business networks using PBB-TE carrying Ethernet technology in the large business customer groups.
