The development of economy makes commodities greatly enriched and marketsincreasingly competitive. Product quality is no longer the foremost criteria of customers'choices and more customers' value services provided by business. Therefore, competitionamong enterprise gradually changes from past product-centric to customer-centric.As an enterprise whose turnover exceeds100billion, Haier Group has jumped to bethe top brand of global white appliances. The new strategic objectives put forward in the newperiod:" to create customer value as the core, with new organization structure as the basis,zero inventory will be under that cuts and innovation for mode of unprotected informationplatform for network convergence, establish unity win-win culture with the respondent,become good solution providers, and the ability to achieve the goal of" customer-centric andachieve win-win" is the key for Haier to keep success in the future. The first and foremosttask to achieve this goal is implementing customer segments, maintaining the valuedcustomers effectively, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse becoming the main direction of enterpriseinformation development during this Post-ERP era. Haier Group has attached greatimportance to the development of enterprise information in the past few years, and created itsown data warehouse (DW) systems after the successful implementation of the ERP system.How to use the data warehouse resources (data) and enhance core competitiveness of theenterprise through the help of BI tools is the focus of Haier Resource CoordinationDevelopment Department. This paper describes the analysis, design and implementation of aninformation platform to enhance the competitiveness of Haier Group's customer value, and based on data warehouse architecture and business intelligence tools.This paper briefly describes the project background of Customer Value Analysis aboutHaier and the status and development trend of Customer Value Analysis domestic andinternational, and the issues in the design and development process of Data WarehouseSystem. Then analyzes the functional and non functional requirements of the Customer ValueAnalysis System mainly, and introduces the system requirements with Case Diagramspecifically.Then we accomplish the Overall design and detailed design of the system based on thesystem analysis, which includes system architecture, database modeling and analysis showmoduleSystem is based on the data extraction, data storage and data display of the DataWarehouse System, it calculates and processes the relevant business data according to thelogical model of the customer value assessment system, and showed to the end users in theform of multi-dimensional analysis ultimately. Finally describe the new system whichincludes the design program of data extraction, data storage, data logic, and data display. Andthen describes the specific implementation process and programs of several main functionalmodules.This paper presents an information platform based on data warehouse architecture,combined customer assessment model, which helps users to find the customers have largercontribution to the enterprise to help Haier Group to achieve the customer-focused strategicobjectives, and to find valuable customers in the tedious, redundant, and distributed dataindicators quickly and accurately. It has been proved practicability during the process of theHaier customer's competitive strategy development.
