Design And Develpement On RFID Middleware For The Smart Refrigerator

The intelligent home is the result of IT technology,network technology,control technology to the traditional electric appliance industry infiltration.In recent years,the high development of information,the liberalization and high levels of telecommunication,the rapid volumn increase and the safety,comfort,efficiency demands increase lead to the birth of the intelligent home.Many hardware and software technologys have been integrated into the smart refrigerators, which are as smart appliances representatives, in order to enable the use more convenient and more perfect. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) as one of many technology plays an important role in the development of the smart refrigerators.More attention is paid to the field of RFID middleware. RFID middleware, which provides API for application program, plays a role as an intermediary between RFID reader and application system. RFID middleware implements the collection of data and connection between RFID devices and enterprise application system. Therefore RFID middleware makes the RFID applications more and more agility and will be of great practical value obviously.The thesis mainly discusses application and implement on RFID middleware for the intelligent refrigerator. Firstly, the thesis proposes the requirement of RFID middleware for the intelligent refrigerator in accordance with RFID middleware system used in Electronic Product Code network; And then it introduces the implementation of RFID middleware for the intelligent refrigerator, gives a comprehensive introduction to RFID events coding, mode filtering and Electronic Product Code (EPC) information service, focuses on application and implement on RFID middleware for the intelligent refrigerator. Finally it introduces RFID middleware for the intelligent refrigerator applications in real environment.
