Manufacturing Executing System receives more and more attention from enterprise because of "isolated information island" in workshop. This thesis mainly discussed the research and application of the workshop data gathering among MES. Firstly MES system was generally discussed; then the data gathering system was studied, including the gathering methods, the system demand and the system framework; later aiming at Siemens 810D/840D Control System, a kind of equipment data gathering method based on OPC modes was studied and explored; secondly combined with the company, the hardware of the system was designed; thirdly the exploitation of the system software was discussed in detail, including the system function and the designation of the framework and the exploitation of every functional model; fourthly, the crucial technology of the system was discussed; at last, the practical application of the MES System was demonstrated, taking the lamina workshop of Hangzhou Steamship Company for an example.Principal contents including:The first chapter introduced the MES System, including its meaning, setting place, functionalmodel, researching status and developing trends; then the importance role of data gathering inMES was discussed; thirdly, the study background and the meaning of this thesis were summed up;at last, the study contents and the framework of this thesis were discussed.The second chapter firstly analyzed the demand of the system; then the data collecting method ofmachine tool and task accomplishment were sunmmed and fixed, based on worshop situation;thirdly the method of machine tool joint to net was analyzed and confirmed; at last the wholeframework of system was discussed.The third chapter firstly designed the function and structure of data collection system software;secondly according to the framework levels of the software, the exploitation of database ,thedata gathering model, the sighted models, the counting and analyzing models were accomplishedrespectively.The fourth chapter is about the crucial technology of the system. In this chapter, two crucialtechnologies of the system were studied, one was the study of the equipment data gatheringmethods, that was, the study of gathering theory; the other was the data's visiting path. The data'svisiting path of the special numerical control system was the crucial in practical exploiture andapplication because of its particularlity.The fifth chapter took the lamina workshop of Hangzhou Steamship Company for an example and firstly analyzed the company's environment; secondly, the whole framework of the task and system HTCDCS were analyzed; at last, the abecedarian running results of every model in the system HTCDCS were provided.The last chapter summarized the study work and the result of this thesis, at the same time; the expectation of this thesis was analyzed and made as well as the drawbacks and the points of to be improved about system.
