Silkworm egg incubation is one of important things in silkworm produce. The pod output depends on the silkworm quality mostly, and the silkworm quality lies on whether control devices supply the most appropriate temperature and humidity. The feat silkworm room environment condition, can strengthen the silkworm son corporeity, repress the pathogeny breeding indoor,lower the outbreak rate, and raise the yield of the cocoon. Thereinto, temperature influence is the most for silkworm growth. On the one hand is the temperature should be different for different gowth period, infancy silkworm needs 26-28℃. But it is 23-25℃during the big silkworm period. the right temperature can make silkworm stronger and improve disease resistance. On the other hand, the temperature still influences the silk quality. When the temperature is hot, silkworm spin silk quick and sikl is thin, whereas slow and thick. As a result, temperature control is one of the most important factor.The mode that extension logic control combined with PID control is used in this control system. The main sing is the design of extension contrller. This thesis mainly includes five parts. the first is summarization, which introduces topic and the control theory domestic development. Second is the sericiculture industry development in China. Third is introduce systematically can the extension logic learn of theories frame,can the extension logic gather the theories of the concept,the thing dollar transformation of theory, and lead to go into the connection function this important concept. Four introduce immediately after can the basic concept of the extension logic control. The last is the design of hardware, including Siemens S7-200 series PLC, JWS temperature and humidity controller, RS232 series communication and UPS. Six is can the extension logic control calculate way and the place of honor machine software design.According to the request of temperature and humidity control, the system is composed of two layers of computer control structrue, basic automation is completed to control temperatrue and humidity by SIMEN PLC. Supervisor is made up with industrial computer from Yanhua corporation of Taiwan, and fulfills many functions such as configuration, supervison, alarm, table, etc. The software of temperrature control system is operated simlpy with intuitionistic menu, good controlling effect, and with the characteristic of active pictrures. Fact has proved that the mode that extension logic control combined with PID control is better adapted, better dependable and quicker then PID control.
